Imran Khan is a well-known Pakistani politician, former cricketer, and the current Prime Minister of Pakistan. He was born on October 5, 1952, in Lahore, Pakistan. His father, Ikramullah Khan Niazi, was a civil engineer, and his mother, Shaukat Khanum, was a housewife.

Khan grew up in a privileged family and received his early education at Aitchison College, Lahore. He later went to the Royal Grammar School in Worcester, England, where he played cricket and started developing his skills in the game.

In 1971, Khan made his debut for the Pakistan national cricket team and quickly established himself as one of the best all-rounders in the world. He was known for his aggressive batting style and his ability to swing the ball both ways.
